Membership
1.1. Becoming a Member Any user who creates a membership account, and agrees to our terms, automatically becomes a valid member. Members have the obligation to act as stated on the membership agreement.
1.2. Registration Consists of submitting truthful information based on your full name, e-mail address, and e-gold number (if so desired).
1.3. Personal Contact The e-mail is our main way of personal contact with the user. We will not ask for your home address, or telephone number.
1.4. Income Tax Responsibility All members are responsible for any government and local taxes, which are legal in their respective State or Country. In some countries income and capital gain have to be declared to the local government agencies. Our organization is not responsible for any member tax liability.
Liabilities
2.1. Losses Our organization is not responsible for any losses caused by the user's behavior; a word of warning is at hand: Do Not Spend What You Cannot Afford To Lose.
2.2. Negligence We are not responsible for any losses incurred by the members, due to technical mishaps, hacker's attacks, malicious behavior and all other Internet prone activities.
2.3. Security Each member is responsible for his financial accounts security, i.e. Pay Pal, e-Gold, etc. We do not ask for user names and passwords on the respective financial institutions accounts, therefore we have no liability due to user negligence, lost passwords, stolen passwords and hacked accounts.
Responsibilities
3.1. Game All members are responsible to maintain their game to the best of their ability.
3.2. Actions Each member is responsible for his own actions.
3.3. GoBubble Our organization is responsible to provide continuous service and access to our site, to the best of our abilities. We reserve the option to shut down the site for upgrades, backups and necessary maintenance procedure required to keep our server in top conditions and provide the users with an enhanced experience.
3.4. Issues We are responsible to solve any member's issues and system glitches (bugs) in reasonable time, and to the best of our abilities.
3.5. Advertising We do not accept any advertising material promoting:
Violence
Sexual Exploitation
Racism and Chauvinism
Pornographic Material
3.6. Privacy Policy We are responsible for not disclosing any information, regarding any one of our members, unless we are required by any legal authority to do so.
Reason for Termination of Membership
4.1. Swindling We have means of tracing every spend and burst by e-gold number and IP address, and if we find that there are any irregularities (attempt to steal from us), and the user has not reported it, we will take dramatic action. Action that we will take: We will capture any future bursts of your account and have them sent to push system. And your account will be terminated.
Trying to take advantage of the system, and obtaining financial gains from our members is against our policy. Promises to pay or spend on a particular game and not living up to those promises are also a swindling offense.
4.2. Spamming We do not tolerate spamming, if any member abuses e-mail usage, we will terminate his membership immediately.
4.3. Multiple Accounts Members are entitled to one member account each; in some situations 2 accounts per household will be allowed. Any member, who abuse the system and open multiple accounts, will be terminated. We have provided means to merge members' multiple accounts, therefore is no excuse to have more then one account.
4.4. Abusive Behavior Usage of abusive and foul language against other members will be considered as a reason for termination.
4.5. Misrepresentation of GoBubble.com GoBubble.com is an advertising and hosting site. Starting a game is for the purpose of advertising in a fun way. Member's are cautioned to refrain them self from promoting this site as a GAMBLING, HYIP or INVESTING site.
4.6. Use of Automatic Software Any use of Automatic Software, for any reason will be considered as an attack on our site and we will terminate the offending member account. All his earnings will be sent to the Push System and his/her IP address will be blocked indefinitely. We are not flexible on this issue.
Disclaimer
5.1. Our organization reserves the right to amend, append or modify this agreement without further notice, due to circumstances and events of the future.
5.2. Push System was established as a good will for our members, and isn't guaranteed by GoBubble.com as a promise to pay any member's losses. All spends will be on the Push System queue for only 13 months, after that period they will be deleted on the 13th month anniversary day.
